Q: How do I place an order?
A: Choose your favourite styles, select your size, and add them to your cart. Checkout is quick and secure — no account needed.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All transactions are processed in British Pounds (£) through secure, PCI-compliant gateways.
Q: Can I use more than one discount code?
A: Only one promotional code can be applied per order unless stated otherwise. Be sure to apply your discount at checkout — codes can’t be added later.
Q: Will I receive an order confirmation?
A: Yes. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email summarising your purchase and delivery details. When your order ships, we’ll send you tracking information.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is free across the UK — no minimum spend and no hidden fees.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, and standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Most customers receive their parcel within 4–9 working days from order confirmation.
Q: Who delivers my order?
A: We ship via trusted UK carriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD, depending on your location and parcel size.
Q: Can I change my shipping address?
A: Yes — if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Email help@silkdune.com as soon as possible. Once your parcel has been dispatched, we’re unable to modify the address.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship only within the United Kingdom.
🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: You can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories attached.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Simply email help@silkdune.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll email you a free pre-paid return label and detailed instructions.
Q: Do I need to pay for return shipping?
A: No — we cover all eligible return shipping costs. You’ll just need to print and attach the provided label.
Q: How are exchanges handled?
A: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for a different size, colour, or style. Once your original item is received and inspected, your replacement will be shipped free of charge.
Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after your return is received and approved. Refunds go directly to your original payment method in GBP (£).
Q: Which items can’t be returned?
A: For hygiene and fairness, we can’t accept returns for underwear, bodysuits, or items removed from sealed packaging, as well as personalised or custom-made garments, unless faulty.
